PE is on a Monday and a Wednesday Please ensure your child comes to school wearing their PE kit.
What will the children need in school?
Everyday each child should bring to school their book bag or a small bag containing their reading record and reading book. Books will be changed every day. Please ensure your child reads to an adult every day for approximately 10 minutes.
Each child should have a named water bottle and can bring a healthy fruit/plain biscuit as a snack for breaktime.
Home Learning:
Home Learning is posted on the Year 3 Google Classroom each Tuesday and spellings are given out on this day too.
Please ensure home learning is completed and uploaded onto the Google Classroom by Monday.
Our spelling tests are also on a Monday.
Children will be set page numbers to complete in either a SPAG or maths workbook.
Doodle maths learning will also be set. It is beneficial if children could use this little and often (eg. 10 minutes a day/ 20 minutes every other day).
Maths tasks:
Additional learning: Children are encouraged to practise their Numeracy skills by completing a Daily Ten challenge.
