We had a visit from Rebecca Stack who came to read her new books Addy the Anxious Aardvark and Gordon the Giraffe Dreams Big. We really enjoyed hearing the stories and getting to ask her lots of questions

We loved dressing up as our favourite book characters and even coming in in our PJ's to celebrate World Book Day! It was so fun to share all of our favourite books with each other and do some work all about the Gruffalo 

We really enjoyed giving our Family Collective Worship to all of the parents about forgiveness. It was great to tell them all of the things we have been learning about forgiveness and to sing some hymns together.

We were so lucky this morning to have a drama workshop with Perform! We had so much fun and got to dance around the hall

We have been learning all about length and height and how we can measure it. For this lesson, we used our phonics sound cubes to measure the length of different objects like fruit, ice cream and pencils! We then compared which item was the longest.

We really enjoyed having our parents come in to our class to see all of our work. It was so nice for them to get to know our classroom and explore all the topics we have been looking at recently!
