Breakfast and Extended Day Club

Please note that funded childcare hours do not cover Breakfast Club or Extended Day Club sessions.

Breakfast Club

• Pre-booking is required via the Arbor app.
• Time: 8.30am - 9.00am
• Cost: £2.50 per day
• Includes toast and fruit.

Children can only attend if a place has been booked in advance. If you need to cancel a session, please contact the school office by 3.00pm on the previous day to avoid being charged.

Extended Day Club

• Pre-booking is required via the Arbor app.
• Time: 3.00pm - 3.20pm
• Cost: £2.50 per day

Children can only attend if a place has been booked in advance. If you need to cancel a session, please contact the school office by 3.00pm on the day of the session to avoid being charged.

Availability

There are 16 places available for both Breakfast Club and Extended Day Club, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Children do not need to have a sibling attending the main school to access these sessions.

Collection Arrangements

We ask that children are collected promptly at the end of each session. If you are unexpectedly delayed, please telephone the Pre-School as soon as possible to let staff know your expected arrival time.

Late Collection Charges

To ensure the smooth running of the provision and appropriate staffing levels, a charge of £1 per minute will be applied for late collection where no prior notification has been received.
